Fires a bubble that explodes on contact. All characters that are caught in the explosion will be surrounded by a bubble.

Details

Enemies will receive magic damage and will have their actions sealed for 2.5 seconds. Friendly characters will gain a protective bubble that lasts for 20 seconds and absorbs a certain amount of damage.
