A magical artifact needed to neutralized the Black Dragon-derived poison that Elena unleashed on Carderock Pass. The player character is sent to the Sanctuary Nexus to retrieve it only to encounter Elena, who needed it to cleanse herself from the part of the poison that had spilled on her at Dead Man's Road. After her defeat the orb was left on the ground to be claimed by the adventurer.
