Description

Available to Elementalists at level 45, the Ice Witch, AKA Elestra, always keeps her cool in battle, freezing enemies in all directions and piercing through puny defenses with her ice swords. And if the going ever gets tough, she simply summons a gigantic blade of ice to clear the battlefield.
