Shoot forth an icy spike that has a chance to freeze enemies.
Details
This spell fires a ice bolt in a strait line wherever you are aiming, even if its strait up. It does not hit many times but hits pretty hard and has a chance to freeze an enemy. Frozen enemies stay still encased in ice, and if you do enough damage to them before they thaw, you will break them out causing bonus shatter damage.

Prerequisites:
