Details
If Frag Arrow hits an enemy, the enemy will be hit 7 times, once upon impact and all 6 when it fragments. Frag Arrow can also be fired on the floor, wall, or ceiling and it will also fragment on contact. Initial arrow cannot connect on fallen targets but fragmented arrows can.
